In Week 18, Rondone pulls off the week with the wild Raiders win finishing the week at +7 and giving him his 2nd week win of the season. He edged out Mad Max and Jamez1156 who were also at +7 but lost the Sunday Night game.
With his big Week 18, Jamez1156 pulled away from the pack, winning the season title in his first season in MSP NFL finishing the year with an amazing +45. His final score is among the top scores ever achieved in the 26 seasons of this competition. 2nd place is CGAutomall who finishes with +36 which is usually good enough to win in most years. 3rd place is Chancestradamus at +32 and DMACII +30 finishes in 4th edging out World Tour 2021 by way of the POW record tiebreaker. ALL 4 of these players have a BYE for the Wild Card Round competition that will take place next week.
The next 4 positions who will get prizes of $50 apiece are: World Tour 2021 at +30, JamieGSteelerz at +28, Will I Am at +21 and Micktastic also at +21, only trailing Will I Am by the POW tiebreaker.
The playoffs start next week with the top 4 getting BYES and anyone with a top 20 score or better will participate in a one week competition with the top 4 scorers advancing to play individual match ups in the Divisional Round against the top 4 finishers. Ties in the Wild Card Round will be determined the normal way (POW, MNF) and the 3rd tiebreaker is the regular season standing. This year the top 20 cutoff score is +7 and the following players will also participate next week: Crease King (+20), Double Deuce (+20), War Pigs (+17), Red Redderson (+17), Real Deal (+17), Zoom (+16), Belly Jelli (+15), Air Jordan (+14), The Pickers (+11), Pooooozar (+10), Mojo Toes (+8), Dilly Dilly (+7) and Starrs (+7)
The pick sheet will be available before Wednesday. Anyone can participate but only those mentioned above will be counted for the week. There is no weekly prize in the playoffs, just a prize for the Super Bowl Champion and Super Bowl Runner Up.
